| Ok, I liked this one right off the bat
because it was shot on film and not on tape. It is this reviewer's opinion that sex-flicks
shot on film are usually of better overall quality. I guess it boils down to the fact that
it takes a well-trained individual to operate a film camera, while any meathead can use a
digi-cam...or sometimes an instrument of even lesser quality. The opening scenes of Paul Thomas' Masseuse #3 is loaded with beautiful young coeds. Something I'm sure most of you will like. So what's the plot? Well, you've got a typical college guy Eric(James Bonn) who's in love with fellow student Dena(Taylor Hayes, who in my opinion is one of the most desirable women in the industry). Bonn takes out his sexual frustrations at this masseuse parlor by scheduling time with a beautiful red-head named Christina(Melissa Hill). Eric's dilemma...should he continue to carry a torch for Dena, or fall for his masseuse? This first scene was pretty good. However I did notice a few audio dubbing problems. Sometimes when scenes cross-over, the director will overlap the audio to make the transition a little more interesting. In this scene, it was hard to tell if they were trying to be creative, or just did a poor job dubbing. I mean when you hear skin slapping for 30 seconds when the actors aren't even touching each other... something is wrong. The rest of the scenes were all very hot. I do like variety and Paul Thomas gives us plenty to enjoy. My favorite has to be the threesome with Taylor Hayes, Billy Glide, and Mr. Marcus. I was really impressed by the aggressive, almost animal passion between these three actors. The strip club and girls' locker room scenes were also worth mentioning. I also have to applaud Paul Thomas for actually capturing Chloe's eyes rolling into the back of her head during an orgasm in her scene with Hershel Savage. Masseuse #3 has definitely got a lot going for it, a lot of variety, good camera work, and hot, young women. Overall, a lot of creative work went in to this one, and it's a film I think you should check out. Despite my one complaint from the first scene, Masseuse #3 gets a 4. |
