| Investigative reporter Jack Reynolds(Randy Spears) is desperate to write a good story, or it's back to the daily grind as a real estate agent. He wants to get the scoop on a mystical diva named Samantha Crane(Julia Ann). Crane's house may look like squalor on the outside, but it's splendor on the inside. Crane agrees to give Jack her life story full of magic and sex, but only for a price, which will be revealed in the end. Jack is a bit of a cynic of Crane's so-called supernatural and sexual powers. She guarantees that by the end of his visit, however, he will know for the first time who he really is.br> And will he ever! The plot and the sex scenes are mixed rather well. Director Steele doesn't take an exhaustive amount of time on the plot. After the story is briefly established, each sex segment flows right into the next. As Crane discusses her past, we flashback with her as her parents, played by Dru Barrymore and Lee Stone, have a good tussle to start everything off right. Dru looks scrumptious in her costume, trust me! Next, Crane shows the difference between magic and a simple trick of the eye, as Flick and Lola suddenly appear with toys and a double-headed dong. Just the sight of two gorgeous women sharing a dildo, doggie-style, should be enough for any girl/girl enthusiast. Crane invites Jack to stay the night, where he will receive an education of sex magic. Jack dreams of watching his host getting boned by another strongman(Julian), then dreams of getting some himself by a phantom honey played by the outstanding Carmen Luvana. By far the movie's best scene, Carmen goes nuts over Spears' wood, and the image of her riding Spears in reverse cowgirl will forever be engrained in your head. Jack suddenly awakes believing everything he experienced was a dream. Was it really a dream? Now, Crane appears to have Jack under her spell, though we don't know exactly what she's up to yet. We will after she seduces Jack to free her from her birdcage...as if Julia Ann would be easy to resist! For pure fans of hardcore, this is not the type of movie for you. If you want to introduce your lady to some good couples' porn, this is a good selection. It's also a nice ride for those who simply like a decent porn movie. The story is fine, but most of all the sex is stimulating. My biggest hang-up with highly produced porn is that usually there is too much time spent on the plot, and the sex scenes appear to be thrown in because it's an adult movie. Not with this one. The overall production value is sharp, and everything moves smoothly. The music is equally impressive as it intermixes techno with classical, to successfully give the story a classy, yet seductive feel. There was good attention to set detail and props, and the birdcage set was inventive. The ladies all look great in their wardrobes, particularly Julia Ann and the luscious Carmen. Sex Magician mixes story, seduction and scorching sex all in one. Trapper gives this a 4. Will Carmen appear in my room sometime? |
