Review: |
| This looks like a good flick if you scan
the box. It has Racquel Darrian, Nikki Tyler and Felecia. Then you plug it in and the
credits start playing and you see that Tabitha Stevens is also in it, a bonus.
Unfortunately, you failed to notice that Derrick Lane is not only in the video, he
directed it. The only reason Lane is ever in a porn video is because of Racquel Darrian. I
wish Racquel would realize how much this holds her career back. There are times I won't
pick up one of her videos because he's in it and know that it's gonna be a dud. Racquel is
one of the best looking and sexiest stars out there, but her scenes with Lane always get
cut up, over dubbed, and are less than inspiring. Now Lane wants to be a director and
they'll let him subject us to his talentless effort in order to get Racquel in the flick.
Lane has proven that he can't act or perform as a stud and he's now going to show that he
can't direct either. Derrick, get a real job so the rest of us can enjoy watching Racquel.
The storyline for this movie isn't bad, except that you don't know what it is until you're forty minutes into the film. It opens with Racquel walking into a biker bar (you can tell because there's a motorcycle parked in the middle of it). She's offered a drink by a couple (Lane and Tyler). I couldn't tell if this drink was supposed to be some potent aphrodisiac, but then Nikki and Racquel start to get it on. There's cheesy music, bar sounds that are there and then gone, abrupt scene changes that kill the momentum and then Lane wants to get involved. Eventually you're wishing the scene would end if they're not going to let you get excited. The scene with Vitale and Tabitha Stevens was the best in the movie as far as pure sex goes, but it was also cut up, with bad music, editing and audio problems. The three-way, all-girl scene with Felecia, Nikki and Bridgette wasn't bad, but they should have included some toys. The logical conclusion to this movie, after you know what's going on, is for Racquel and Vitale to end up in a really hot sex scene. What you get is the two of them sitting in a tub (not touching each other) talking about how much better things are going to be...and then we cut to Bridgette Monroe getting seduced by Gerry Pike in the bar in a scene that has nothing to do with anything. Vivid definely has some of the best looking girls in the business, but I find that I'm often disappointed in their videos. They put out a lot of uninspired movies with poor production and direction values and then wrap them in a first class boxcover with one of their Vivid Girls. I think they're working on a quota basis and have to put out so many movies a month regardless of quality. As far as Raquel is concerned, I like her and have seen quite a few of her movies. What you have to realize is that Racquel doesn't fuck. She has sex or makes love, but she doesn't fuck. Just once, I'd like to see her do a scene with a stud that would make her lose control. PT says 2, but only because of Racquel,
Nikki, and Tabitha. You can rent this movie, but I wouldn't recommend buying it to add to
you're collection. |
