Review:
Being a new production company means that you have to establish a good reputation from the start. This film is not a good omen.

It's all about budget and how much for how little. The production is sparse and the direction isn't much more than someone holding a camera. I didn't expect much from the music, but did think it would follow an Asian theme. While the costumes are alright, the editing is very choppy. The real drawback is the interviews. Lola has an annoying tendency to repeat the girls' answers and gush a bit too much over them. In addition the camerawork is very amateurish.

As for the talent, Michelle Maylene is pretty enough, but seemed to be distracted by something off-screen during her scene. Lacey Tom and Tommy Gunn turned in the hottest scene, but the editing cooled it considerably. Finesse Navarro also turned in a fine scene.

The DVD extras are as thin as the rest of the flick with Chapter starts, a slide show with thirty-five pictures and web info for Twisted Pink's series' web sites.

Lola is a great performer, but I'm not sure she has the talent or experience to produce or direct. I'll have to see how Twisted Pink progresses. As it is, there's a lot of progress to be made. It's a step up from amateur videos, but just barely. If you're a fan of one of the girls, you'll want to take a look. If not, you may want to look elsewhere.
