| Let's see, what should Guy Capo do now...How about ripping off a TV show? That's something that's never been done in porn, not well, anyway. This knock-off of Blind Date comes complete with thought bubbles, editorial pop-ups and comedic cartoons. They copy the real show fairly well, but is it good porn? Not really. The best thing going for this flick is Charmane Star. The rest of the scenes go downhill. No, Jayna Oso does turn in a decent scene. Production is cheap, the dialogue is weak and the music is just crap. The camera work looks like it was mostly shot from 3 feet away. The editing is average at best. The story is what it is, a cheap porn copy. DVD extras include chapter starts, seven minutes of BTS footage, a photo gallery with thirty-six pictures, a cum shot recap, web info and trailers for three DVSX movies. There're also the same two minutes masturbation shorts for each girl that DVSX uses in all their DVDs. I'd rather see one good solo scene for one girl than all the short teases. If a porn writer ever had an original idea, I'd faint. I guess when you have to put out so many films a month, you don't have time to put much thought into them. The studios don't seem to care whether you would want to watch a movie more than once as long as you buy it. Quantity over quality wins out again. I watched this flick once, and once was enough. Zero heat in this one.First Date 3 won't be a movie that I'll be looking for on the shelves at my local adult video store. PT says 2, that's it. |
