From the costumes and makeup to the sets and special effects, it's clear that the producers of Wicked Weapon spared no expense in the creation of this film. The stars collected within represent some of the best. And the DVD is jammed with enough bonus features to keep the technophile busy relearning how to operate his DVD player.

It seems the one thing that they did forget about was the plot. Jenna Jameson is a reporter turned super-heroine crime fighter that goes up against the evil Ice (Laure Sinclair), who's attempting to hold the world hostage for billions of dollars. I think that's it anyway. The storyline doesn't really stick together very cohesively, but that's typical porn fare.

You won't care too much about the plot (or bad acting from Laure) anyway, because with only minor exceptions, the sex doesn't disappoint at all. It's almost all first-rate material.

In the appetizer scene Jake Steed and Mike Horner go to work on the incredibly hot, sluttish, sexy Jeanna Fine. Actually, she goes to work on them, and right up front we get some anal action. Great camerawork, which is evident throughout the movie, makes a debut here as we peek in as a voyeur through the blinds. Our audio biography (see below for more about the DVD extras) tells us that Jeanna has retired from the porn industry several times, but I'm sure glad she came back to make this scene.

There's a great orgy scene with English import Nici Sterling, Laure Sinclair, Sindee Coxx, and leading lady Jenna, with cock provided by veterans Peter North and T.T. Boy. Nici is the real standout here; she fucks like a champ. With such an abundance of incredibly sexy women that have both experience and talent, things can't go wrong. Jenna spends most of her time in this scene doing veggie action but receives squirts from Peter and T.T. along with the other girls. The camerawork is again excellent.

Midori and Mark Davis have the only weak sex scene in the movie. It's shot in dark lighting and Midori just doesn't turn in much of a performance. Dressed as a cop, Mark sports white socks with black shoes, making the fashion faux pas of the movie, and you can't take the scene very seriously after seeing that. They go at it first inside a cop car and then outside against the car, but the nighttime lighting makes it too difficult to see the action.

Back at her ice cave, the gorgeous Laure takes on henchmen Vince Vouyer and Steve Drake, handling everything they throw at her with skillful enthusiasm. A few weak attempts at artsy editing occur here but the scene as a whole is very good. There's plenty more sex, including a veggie scene with Jenna and Jill, two Jenna/Brad Armstrong couplings, and a great threesome with Jill, Laure, and Eric, where Jill gets simultaneously pumped by Eric in the ass and Laura vaginally with a strap-on (with which Laure gets deep penetration, but not enough movement).

This DVD is bursting with extras, and Wicked Weapon makes full use of all your DVD player's features. The most original and notable bonus item is the comic book version of the movie. By clicking on the angle button on your player, you'll switch to a comic strip version of the movie and hear the soundtrack in the background. If you're a comic book fan you'll like it. There's a blooper reel, web links, trailers, promotional reels, and photo galleries, including a behind-the-scenes still-photo gallery. You can watch the movie in English, Spanish, French, or German. Several star biographies are narrated in an audio format. They're short, but more in-depth and interesting than the typical "Birth date, favorite color, and hobbies" screen that some DVDs have. All these add-ons make the DVD version of the movie a decent addition to anyone's collection.

Jenna fans will want to pick this movie up, and it's a good couple's flick as well. The hotness of the stars is alone enough to make this one sizzle.

Bugsy gives it an overall 4, give me more Jeanna Fine and Nici Sterling.
