Review:
Following in the footsteps of other legendary male porn stars, Sean Michaels has created his own series, in which he too directs and performs. As the title suggests, Michaels is running auditions for any decent-looking girl wanting to break into the porn industry. Of course, a good audition is one that completely satisfies Michaels' titanic member. So, we get to see if any of these girls are up to the challenge. As you'll see, most of them are.

The viewer becomes acquainted with each lady, as Michaels spends time interviewing them. After the usual shots of each performer's best assets, the screwing begins. For an unexplained reason, Michaels tries to set a couple of scenes up with a light plot. I am confused to why he did that, because he doesn't waste our time with that in the beginning and ending scenes. Flower starts everything off with a bang, as the 25 year-old demonstrates how to worship Michaels' rod. Flower turns in a respectable opening sequence, but that is followed up by a painful scene with Aimee Tyler. Not only is her acting horrible, so is her sexual performance. The dialogue and acting is poor, and the examination table doesn't act as a good prop when you're trying to direct a threesome situation. Even worse is the small plot (was there a plot?) and acting between Chloe Black and Julian St. Jox, although the sex isn't as bad.

Michaels should stick to a structure, which features a small interview followed by hardcore, in your face sex. Brooke Stone raises the temperature a bit, especially when she is displaying her riding technique on Michaels. Brooke by far has the best body of all the talent, and turns in the best scene. I also think Sasse turns in an excellent audition. Just listening to her moan will turn anyone on.

The direction isn't too shabby. Fans of extreme close-ups won't be disappointed, and the editing is sharp. Michaels definitely enjoys using MTV-like computer-generated devices, but he doesn't drive you crazy by overusing them. And while I know Michaels probably wants to shake things up a little, he should scrap the little story lines for individual scenes. I find they serve no purpose.

I thought this was a good production, with the exception of a couple of ineffective scenes. Sure, the girls could've been hotter, but they do turn in some rather intense sexual romps. When you're introducing new meat, you're not always going to get the prime cut. It's going to be hit or miss when you're not using the best talent.

Trapper gives this one a 3. Two lukewarm scenes really prevented this movie from being a 4. Can I take Brooke's ass home with me?
