Review: |
| Lacey is working doing home parties for girls to demonstrate and sell sex toys. She's been invited to hold a party at Becca's(Africa) house and shows up with her helper, Bo(Mark Ashley). This isn't the first time she's done a party for these girls and they relive some of the fun times they had. Then they get down to making new memories. They try on clothes, watch a DVD and of course the girls end up trying the toys on each other. Average is the word for this film. A so-so story, shot with unimaginative camera work, accompanied by a monotonous jazz track and edited to display the normal round of positions and close-ups. The low points are the dialogue (as usual) and Enright's use of a rotating camera in some scenes, plus some very abrupt editing spots. The highlights of the film are Lacey and Calli. Calli is going to generate some heat no matter how choreographed the sex is and Lacey is just a cute little light-skinned black Barbie doll. Calli's scene with Caramel and Byron Long was easily the most intense, but Lacey's scene with Guy DiSilva held its own despite some weak editing. The obligatory all-girl final scene was the weakest and I would like to have seen it followed by another Lacey romp with a stud. The DVD extras include, chapter starts, a galley, a clip of a Lacey photoshoot, behind-the-scenes footage, phone sex ads, Bios (really just stat sheets giving height, weight, birthday and measurements) and web addresses. While this film won't win any awards, it does have its moments and Lacey fans will want to put it in their collection. For those that haven't seen this little sex pixie in action, you'll need to check it out. PT says 3, Lacey's too cute and Calli's too hot. |
